Take out aggressions with issue bear. Let co-workers know that it’s not cool to steal lunches out of the fridge. Rip off one off issue bear’s arms and put it in the fridge. Missing stapler? Oops. Looks like issue bear has lost an eyeball.

That’s actually how the idea came about. My co-workers had a little stuffed bear that they passed around to whoever was having the bad day.
