Terms and conditions

1. You MAY NOT submit a design that contains ideas or material that you do not have the legal right to use. This includes copyrighted images and other people's designs. If you submit a design that is not yours and it gets printed, you'll be financially responsible for any costs incurred because of your action. This includes: printing fees, expensive lawyers fees, advertising costs, etc. Not to be a tattle, but we'll probably call your mother as well.

2. When you submit a design, we request that your design not be in the current running of any other contest sites (just to avoid potential conflicts), and  not currently being sold anywhere else on apparel.

3. We do reserve the right to remove any design if we suspect any of these rules are being broken.

4. After submitting your design, it will be reviewed internally before being posted. This generally happens pretty quickly, but it may take up to 48 hours. Please be patient. If your design is rejected, it's probably because you didn't follow the contest instructions or we suspect you might be breaking 1 of the rules or terms.

5. Your design will be eligible for printing for 2 months from the day you submit it to us. If your design is not chosen as a winner within that 2 months, you retain the rights to the artwork and are welcome to submit it to other locations or print it yourself.

6. If your design is chosen as a winner. You retain the rights but grant Tilteed LLC the exclusive world-wide rights, to use the design for commercial purposes (i.e. printing and selling of t-shirts and other apparel, using it in our marketing and promotion, etc.). You can do whatever you want with it as long as you're not selling it on clothing. Put it in your portfolio, make prints, etc.

7. We may have to make changes to the design to be able to print it onto a t-shirt. If we do, we'll probably be consulting you and will try to keep this to a minimum.

8. We reserve the right to update these terms as needed.
