Hello, Jimmy, and welcome to Tilteed. Please tell us a little bit about yourself.

JimmyTan,(24), Kuala Lumpur. I’m a young nature/street photographer with the passion for experiments. And I also work as graphic designer and illustrator in Malaysia. In my works I try to express the feelings and emotions mostly through the color and light contrasts. Blue skies and green trees, those nature are my endless inspiration… There’s a statement always in my mind, “Learning is endless irregardless of what age you are” and this has kept me up in order to move on in designer’s career path…

This design, Grandpa, captures such a perfect personality. Is it inspired by a grandpa or a lion you’ve known? Tell us more!

Haha this remind me of my grandpa’s smile.

I understand you hang out with some other heavy-hitters in the t-shirt graphic world. What’s that like, and do you tend to get inspired by each other?

I don’t know ^^ haha. I just keep doing what I dream yesterday. Enjoy it doing always!

This is a great tee for the summer. What awesome summer things would you do in this shirt?

I would wear it during a weekend getaway to beach side take some self shoot photo with my girl - Eva.

You make art, but what sort of art do you love to see from others? Do you have some favorite styles or artists?

Ya i do like to see from others beside some art stuff as well as some photography and lomography.. and my gf do give me alot inspiration and idea sometimes. So much appreciate, and special thanks to her for always standby beside me,  giving endless support. Go search for her @ lomography~ eva_eva.
