Tell us a little more about our spiky friend here.

Way back in the day when every town had a circus and freak show. When every kind of animal real or myth was performing under the big top was the great Ernie! -"high-wire echidna"! As far as Monotremes go, he was the best, always toping himself with a new act until the day he went to Chicago by way of mobster blackmail. Riding between the Sears (now Willis) Tower and the Hancock (a great distance I know) was supposed to be his big moment. Sadly they refused to give him lunch before the performance and he lost his concentration making it his last performance.

This shirt is my tribute to him, and hopefully people will wear it in remembrance.

Not only a Tilteed artist, but you're one of our amazing curators here at Tilteed. When looking for designs to curate - what's the most important element that your looking for in a new piece?

Personally I am looking for style. We're in the days now that pop-culture rules the shirtiverse and most of the time the illustration style all looks the same. a unique style to me is more interesting and artistic than a "slap your knee joke" or "hey I know that, it's from a movie, or a book!!"

What one piece of technology would make you the most sad if you had to give it up?

All technology basically...I think most people would say their mobile phone... I didn't actually have one until I was working full time... hmmmm lets say out of all technologies - indoor plumbing for sure. Iv'e done a lot of traveling to places that the luxury of a toilet becomes something I would pay top dollar for.
