This t-shirt design is part of a series - tell us a little bit more about this specific design as well as the series.

This is the 5th episode of my freedom fighter series, presently I have 6, all of them have been sold and 2 are still waiting to be printed, hopefully soon before Christmas . I am creating more and doing some different styles.

Recently I have been playing a lot with a graphic tablet, and I have found out that I could draw and I am taking pride of this one The story behind this design is my current obsession for drawing cats, those cute little hairy lazy fur balls with ninja-like abilities in stealing fish in the cabinet, haha…also my love for boxing.

You recently had a design in the top 10 of the DBH 10k - tell us about that process and how it felt.

It was an overwhelming experience, sudden and unexpected. I was betting for my other submitted design because it had a great score as well. Never thought it would be included on the Top 20 because with all the other great designs and famous names, I even though it was just a random pick. But with the ever-growing tension and promotions, I decided to back it up and show the world what my design was about and let them decide it’s fate and so I reached the Top 10. With just less than ten votes, I should have made it to Top 5 hehe perhaps because I forgot to tell my relatives to vote for me☺ Overall it was a wild ride, and I was so thankful to be a part of it

When you sit down to work on a design, where do you look for inspiration?

First of all I can’t sit down and work on something if I have no inspiration yet. Hehe
Well there is one person who really inspires me, so as to push me to the limits and makes everything worth giving the best that I can. And that someone is like a drug and a remedy for my passion. :D

Which other t-shirt artists do you really dig?

Well there is the ever famous Jimiyo (I considered him my mentor); Mathiole (I love watercolors); MrRocks (a great person and down to earth); Alex Solis (his drawing skills are mad); Glennz (the simplicity of his designs baffle me); FlyingMouse (unlimited ideas!) , Starry-Eyez (so humble and kind); Wotto (his creation and his trademark amazes me); KTaflineM (inspirational); Cbass99; Jeff Finley, Dan Mumford, Myargie22, Olly Moss and more!!

Who’s your favorite boxer?

No other than, Mr. Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao
