Tell us a little bit more about this design.

Well I have a serious obsession with Mexican art and culture right now. I love how they celebrate death and the visuals that surround that. I was exposed to it in Southern California and I have been hooked ever since.

The design itself is really just a large wotto-esque sugar skull. I also limited myself to one color, some of my favorite shirts are one color and I like to explore the possibilities it offers, or maybe lack of. This being my 3rd print here I am also very confident in the Tilteed team's ability to pull off a print like this, the printing is as important to me as the design itself. It's an art I tells thee.

2009 seemed like a good year for Wotto, if you had to guess, how many t-shirts on how many sites did you have printed?

I have just been wrapping up the year and I have had a hell of a run. I have worked my guts out and this has definitely been my most prolific year. I keep a pretty organized ship so I know exactly how many tees I have printed, it is over 100 in the last two years. As for places they are printed it's a far spread geographically, I have trouble keeping tabs on that. I do believe hard work pays off and pushing yourself is key. All in all it's been a great year, not just for me but for a lot of other designers I really respect.

What does Wotto have in store for 2010?

New website - http://www.wottoart.com/ - new Tees in my shop, a move to L.A to be with my awesome wife, hopefully more shows and I am sure some surprises along the way. Stay Tuned and thanks a million to the voters and Tilteed for picking my design.
