What is Tilteed anyways?

We're a bunch of t-shirt nerds who love unique tees. We print them by hand on the highest quality blanks and we wear them everyday.

How do I create an account?

Easy. Click the 'sign up' link at the top of the page. And when you have an extra minute or two - be sure and upload an avatar, fill out your profile info, and if you pick up any t-shirts - post some pics!

Is the website secure?

We take security very seriously. Our very large dog guards our front door. And on our website we use the latest industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information. We also have an outside firm routinely check the system to make sure there aren't any holes in our website.

What payment methods are available?

At the moment we accept Paypal as well as all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I cancel my order?

What shirts do you print on?

We print our shirts on the really comfy, American made, American Apparel styles 2001 for men and 2102 for women.

How do the shirts fit? What size should I order?

American Apparel shirts tend to run small. For example - I'm generally a large, but in American Apparel I order the XL. If you need a more accurate sizing description - check out these charts:

How should I care for my Tilteed shirts?

For the longest life, our shirts should be turned inside out and washed in a cold/cold cycle. Tumble dry on low heat.

Who prints your shirts?

We do, Silly. Yes, that's right - we print all of our shirts in-house on our fantastic manual press. This allows us to make sure the quality is top-notch and routinely stay up way past our normal bed-times because we're busy printing your awesome designs.

What are your shipping costs?

We use live shipping rates. For domestic (US) orders, you can have your shirt shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. For international orders, we ship USPS First Class International Mail.

How long does it take to get my shirt?

We print our shirts within 1 week of them being featured on the site. Remember, we print only the number of shirts that were ordered, and we do have to wait for the t-shirt blanks to arrive from American Apparel which usually takes 3 - 4 days. They ship out shortly thereafter. Domestic we like to estimate about 2 weeks. International, well, just a bit longer.

Where's my shirt!?

If it's been more than three weeks for domestic orders or 1 month for international orders send us an email with your order info at orders(at)tilteed.com and we'll figure out what is going on with it.

What about customs fees on international orders?

Unfortunately Tilteed has no control over the custom's laws or fees in your country. Tilteed is unable to estimate or determine if and when there might be fees for your international order. If you have more questions about this we recommend checking out your country's customs agency's website.

What is your Returns & Exchanges policy?

We're confident that you'll be happy with our shirts. But if for some reason you are not, and it's within 30 days of purchase (60 days for international orders), send us an email to orders@tilteed.com. Include your name and order number and we'll give you complete return shipping instructions. Shirts must be unworn and unwashed - no exceptions! The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless you are returning it due to a defect in the product or you received the wrong shirt.

How long does a Return or Exchange take?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed.
